The reason people with out a high level of English are able to be successful in that industry and many others is because a sales is a skill. Cash advances don't have usury law that's the reason why they can lend money at high interest rate to high Rick business owner that aren't able to get approved by the banks. An other name for cash advances is alternative lending. It dose happen that a business can afford a second position after the first loan is mature, because they still hold free cash flow that can be financed. As long as a business banck statement reflects free cash flow they lend them money. Is the business owner responsible to understand that if he keeps taking out cash based on future resivabal he'll not see that money because it's the collateral of the working capital. He's ROI is the profit. I think unsecured lending is amazing because in many countries doesn't exist a loan for small business that when their qualifications don't match the demand they can still get funding.

In Finland this is a legal way of business 😬 It's called fast loans: in a few minutes one can take a loan and get the money to one's account. Thousands of people are victims. When the customers can't pay, it goes to court and court charges the customers 200€/loan. If one still can't pay, government officers distrain hundreds of euros from every salary one gets, even from trade Union benefits. Tax Office is involved too.. Legal corruption here...
