Jason. My Placertools probe is supposed to be used to insert into the river gravels so you can find the highest concentration of black sands, BEFORE you start panning or sluicing. As you know, if you find where the black sands are being deposited, you have a better chance of locating the best gold. If you just want to remove black sands from your pan concentrates, you need to use my floating magnet over about 3/4 inch of water so the gold gets cleaned off as the black sand rises towards the floating magnet. Quiet a busy spot there on the creek , you almost needed traffic lights , lol . Some of the golds a bit bigger than flour gold at that spot which is always nice and a couple of pickers what could be better than that , top haul guys . And that beef stick was more like a Torpedo , better watch your diet gold hound , cheers guys , well done .

I swear every time I see that pretty wife of yours she looks 20 years younger than you. It sure is nice that she comes along with you to work the sluice. The gold in that creek sure is plenty full and chunky at times, it really makes me want to check out a location In my state. There's a massive impact crater that was covered up by glacier that has two creeks running through the area. The impact crater for the creek you're working is less than a mile upstream.
