When the fridge doesn’t open completely you can’t get the drawers to pull out completely, which could make it so you can’t get to all your food. But also it means you can’t properly cleanly your fridge cause you can’t take the drawers out to clean under them or even all the way in them. That’s a problem. They need to stop making spaces that are too small for appliances

@@SL_Derby brother, i myself didn't want go there due to this warped FKD society we are in now. Since you have balls to say it.... YES that's exactly why... It's a minor thing that can easily be worked on. The drawers TURN them to side and I'm sure they will come out to clean. I remember back in the day I lived in these apartments but guess what, that's when they were really bad and landlords didn't give a F... so yea seeing how these Apts have changed from then to now and to hear something like " frig door don't open all way " smmfh lol makes me laugh at how I had to maneuver around the places I've been in nyc. The 1st apartment with the standing water in the tub is a red flag 🚩 That 2nd apartment with all that garbage in the entrance turned me off and I probably wouldn’t 😢have even went any further because of it. Charles saved the day.

I live in a nice building, since I'm on Ontario Disability, I have RGI. When I moved in, the water in the tub wasn't draining properly and I ended up with fungal infections on both ankles and feet. It took the admin in the building about 2 weeks to get it sorted out. I have 2 things against me here. I'm not French (I live in a building that used to be exclusively for French speaking ppl) plus I'm one of about a dozen apartments who are reserved for RGI tenants. Ugh. I grew up in a place that is predominantly French and could speak it quite well. Moved away at 12 and really didn't have an opportunity to speak French, so 40 years later, I'm lost. I can understand my fair share, but I don't let on because I love it when ppl are talking about me, specifically the way I dress; I'm not into senior fashion at all. 😅

The first one, no place to sleep. For $4,000 you'd get a claustrophobic sleeping slot and a basement with no windows. For $2,800 you get a 5th-floor walkup - better, but both places are tired, abused and gross. Charles to the rescue! For $4,450 you get an oddball layout but lots of space, a communal courtyard and two bathrooms. For $5,250 you get large rooms, great kitchen and a view, clean but pricey! For $8,900 you get some luxury and living space, three very different bedrooms and your own bathroom, also pricey for having to share.

You found the most interesting places in here!! I loved all of them! That’s right, even the weird nasty ones. The layouts and configurations were absolutely bonkers, and I LOVED IT!!!🥰💜💜

Wow, that open walkway to the A/C is an accident waiting to happen! Those first 2 were pretty bad. I love the piles of trash down the stairs.

The last two apartments were the nicest, for sure, but the rents on them were criminal considering neither have in-unit laundry.

I've always thought that London was quite expensive (and it is)... yet you could rent something practically palatial for that kind of money there, instead of these sad and shabby little dumps. What happened, New York? You were always pricey, but now seem to have tipped the scales into Absurdville.

Yeah but London isn’t even British anymore. Y’all have plenty of your own problems 😂 I love top gear and doctor who and David Attenborough and all of those guys. But whoever runs your country obviously hates you

Cash, I'm a little disappointed in you. Know that I'm one of your biggest fans and I've watched your videos from the very beginning; when you used to do only 3 videos a week. I miss seeing you run down the stairs at your previous office. Anyhew, in the past, if you opened the apt door and the apt was in bad condition with debris everywhere, you would turn around and go to another apt. It wasn't sanitary for you to walk around that filth. Having said that, I agree with you in saying the apt has potential. Please give us a second tour of the apt once it's been cleaned up. The third apt, Charles's listing for $4,450 is Absolutely Fabulous!
