Many years ago we cleaned out a house where the owner was said to have stashed cash. The relatives tore the place apart, even looked up the chimney but found nothing. When we went in to clear it, we had to take up all the carpets....We rolled them up, and propped them against a wall and suddenly were showered with money. It was stuck to the back of the carpet...Quite a lot of it...Which we returned.

Man, I wish you guys lived close. I'd pay you to clean out this place so I can just start over. I can't even figure out how to organize anymore. I have a friend who's a hoarder and her hubs used to be super uptight about his space. He gave up somewhere along the way. One night their son accidentally set their house on fire. She called me crying so I drove down and stood with the hubs on the sidewalk while she ran around feeling helpless. There was nothing we could do but stand there. It was awful watching it burn. He had tears running down his face. At one point I leaned over and said, "There may be a bright side here." He just looked at me. I said, "The cleansing power of fire." He looked at the house, got what I meant, and started laughing. Now my house is like that. I don't want it to burn, but I wouldn't mind getting robbed by someone who likes stuff from estate sales :)

Dear Tucker & Sammi J I just had to come into the comments and finally say 👋 Hi to you 👋 guys! I used to, just for fun, dumpster dive and trash pick in my awesome old neighborhood that I just recently had to move from, so in my new rental space I have a smart TV so now I watch all my favorite youtube personalities on the TV and that's where I found your guys' videos and the 1st one I watched was one of, if not the 1st of your trash picking vids y'all do in the rich neighborhood's there at the bay? Sorry 4got the exact name of the area...anyway I have been hooked on your and Sammi Js videos since and have fell in love with yall as a young couple as well as you each as separate individual personalities. As a woman and (hip) mom myself I can say both of your parents did a fabulous job raising you n teaching 2 lovely youngsters to respect others and especially your elders! As a 58yr old (hip) lol mom of a 22 yr old young man myself I find that so refreshing in todays world! My son and I for the 1st time in our recent move of our family home now live separately so i am having some of what they refer to as " empty nest syndrome" and I think watching you guys and you coming into my home via youtube and smart TV helps me feel better about the empty nest thing and not to mention my compassionate love for trash pickin! I do still go to my old neighborhood on trash night for some claims every Sunday night. Of everywhere I went trash picking my hood and nearby hoods have been the best. Although it's not a rich neighborhood more so middle class home owners of homes built in probably the 60a n up. I still want to go out to some of the rich neighborhoods in my town which insidently is Nashville TN the Country Music Capitol of the world! Born and raised in Nashville very close to downtown Nashville and i love my hometown but ssshhhhhh am not really a big fan of the country music but am a fan of MUSIC in general. Guess ya could say Ima rock&roll fan. And an alternative music fan but appreciate music or every kind BC what we do in the world without music right? Tucker you called me out on one of your vids I had playing where it automatically plays one of your vids after the other when you recognized that if any of us was watching you on TV its a Lil difficult to hit the like button however reminding us how important it is to do so nonetheless and I so agree! So I will be going back through youwr vids I already watched and hitting that like button on them all! Plus wanted to say hi to you guys and introduce myself and tell yall that im a new subber and let you guys know how much I adore yous your vids and your work!! Annnndd to ask you n Sammi J if yall have ever thought about starting your own thrift store out of your house or shed ya know some where on your own property? Just wondered....anyways if you guys ever make it down to Nashville holler at me and I'll show yall around town! That would be awesome! Much love, and respect from, Tonia Taylor ❤ 🎵 Nashville TN 🎵
