Good review. I think this is a nice 'conservative' G Shock - not too big, or flashy or ott with features or case design. Plus it has so much useful stuff, like the analogue dial lume! So many of these don't have that and have to rely on poor backlighting, which is really surprising.

had this,returned it.the negative display at the bottom is small and useless.its a nice size for my small wrist the setting of the hands is a bitch,you practically have push down on the button to make the hands move with a hard object.if your setting it at, say 12 o clock and you accidently go to 12:05 you got to go all the way around to 12 oclock again you cant go backwards

Casio - READ THIS - PLEASE: I wish Casio made a SECONDS Hand in their watches (and MAKE them stand out with an eye-catching color) because … we ALL need it. One glans at the watch and we can know if the watch is still alive or not. Prefer G-100 with YELLOW color. They could make also with fluorescent GREEN / Orange. Fluorescent index 6 it should be TO. It's a pity there is only 1 alarm. No Timer (count down). Count Down timer it will be nice. Casio should still make them with POSITIVE LCD display as they did before. Meny people (me included) prefer that. The Font on lcd also could be different because present is harder to read. Lithium cells are "+". best choice. Metal buttons (bucle) are a "+". They are better than plastic. I saw G-100 in stores in the middle of '90. Never bought it but still LIKE this watch somehow and I can't forget about it. Good thing they DON'T sell them anymore. Because if they were selling it, I would almost certainly go out AND BUY this model, even though I already have 6 other watches that will surely outlive me.

??? They DO still make it or have vast stock left! It's available all across the world / UK at G-Shock official UK, Amazon (uk and US) and Argos + other numerous online jewelry shops in the UK!

@@legionnairegonk4425: I am sorry but it seems like they do not make them any longer and G-100 Yellow + Positiv display is no where to find. Only Amazon have G-100 but with Negative display and that's what I don't like .

@@adalas293 Yes they do! It's labelled as 'Casio Men's G-Shock Analogue Display Black Resin Strap Watch 927/7126'. I've literally just searched for it and found it. It's a G-100, but not in the colour you want. But your statement was that the G-100 isn't available - it is, just not the derivative you are looking for. That's not the same thing as it's not available full stop.
