I found some replacement crystals for Gshock, but there wasn't much by way of videos on how to do the swap, so I made one!

ha ha thanks for the shout Out homie. Two other tips... 1) make sure the orientation of the crystal is correct. The adjust button is typically shorter than the 3 other ones. Make sure it doesn't end up at the "Light" location ;o) 2) You can use just a bit of heat to soften the adhesive gasket that is between the case and the glass when removing and re-installing the crystal. Just don't use too much as it can damage the graphics on the crystal.

Thanks for the tips! So first time I did this, ii totally put the crystal in upside down in regards to the adjust button! I just switched buttons rather than redo the crystal.

An easy way to tell if its actually Sapphire, Crystal it requires 2 watches at room temp place both glass on your forehead which and within 10ish seconds if one stays ice cold that is sapphire. Mineral crystal warms up pretty quickly

That's how I do it all the time, the sapphire feels almost ice cold to the forehead... this is great when you have so many watches that you forget which ones have it and which ones don't.

Did you use any glue or cement to install the new one? You think it affects the water resistant of the watch if not used any?

I did not add any glue. The only glue they use factory is to hold the glass down, it's not really for wr. and there was most of that glue left on the metal frame when I pushed the new crystal in.
