I followed the steps exactly.. Im in Los Angeles , Ca so no Day light savings.. Problem is when i hit Save the hour hands dont move..😢

I do everything as you say and show, but at the end when I press the final button at 01:20 everything goes back to its place for some reason it doesn’t work for me, is it really the clock and the defect?

Unfortunately no. You would have to adjust your home location whenever you travel or else the watch will have no idea where you are (it does not have an internal GPS like other watches on the market). For the international traveler for this watch it would be better to utilize the World Time mode.

I just got this watch yesterday, thanks for the great tutorial! I have the 5562 Modue, am I the only one that can't read the LCD displays in normal conditions? Yes, the light works great at night, but during the day I find it next to impossible to read the light letters/numbers against the dark background in the LCD windows. Is there a way to change the brightness on these displays to actually make them readable? Many thanks!!

Yay!!! For this video and your ability to explain Abstract Algebra in order to set the correct time, date, DST and Home City on this GShock GSG100 MudMaster digital-wrist watch/ multifunction/ extremely over-complicated piece of technology. I struggled with the computations needed to reset the DST feature…only to totally change the date, time, home city and timer function to the point that I thought it warranted buying a much simpler piece…that might keep my brain from going offline permanently. This Watch is the biggest piece of Shit!!! It is going back to Costco first thing in the morning!!! I watched this Video 4 times, didn’t do anything I tried to set!!! I will never buy a Casio product again!!!
