Sasaki hits 20 drums where most drummers would hit 5.

This audio quality is honestly on par with the actual albums. It's amazing it sounds this good, especially considering the time frame. Not to mention a live performance of Olion, an entirely unique song Your Tomorrow that I've never heard anywhere else, and the first/best version of Have A Nice Dream.

Nah man, the Thunder Live version of Have a Nice Dream is much better in my opinion.

@@legozfordayz that's a 100% fair claim, I could definitely see the Thunder Live version being better in some regards!

i'm seeing you all over these 1979 Casiopea vids and songs. You looking for more Sasaki too?
@s3fruit9694 жыл бұрын
@@ootoot2152 most definitely. I bought the record "Spiral Fusion" by Tatsuya Koguma because it's the only other record on discogs that has Sasaki credited. I'm gonna put it up here on youtube at some point because it's not available anywhere on the internet.

@@s3fruit969 nice. Id love to hear it if you do put it up. Is it pretty easy to tell its him on the album or does he have a different style?

@@ootoot2152 very much him, and in fact it features all the original members of casiopea as the backing band for the guy's synth explorations. a bunch of covers of jazz standards. the playing is excellent from all parties.
Takashi Sasaki is the drummer? I think is 10 times better than Akira Jimbo.

Any way I could get a lossless copy of this recording, without the youtube compression? I'm trying to do a little remastering of this performance for my own fun :)))

@@kaniskashardajones9 I mean he could’ve ripped it through KZbin to FLAC or WAV. It’s not too hard.
@RoddyDev2 жыл бұрын
@@legozfordayz The problem is that KZbin compresses video/audio, so there's a loss of quality. What they were asking for is the original recording for this without the compression that KZbin does.
