Is there a way to remove hide, guts and blood outside and transfer the carcus once rinsed inside the unit for further processing? Just trying to keep waste and bacteria under control. How do you disinfect unit after meat is cut, processed and put in refrigeration or freezer for long term (6 months) storage?
