I hate to be a Debbie downer but that pipe will not last very long with that quiet core in there, your going to be rebuilding this pipe every few rides. MBRP makes a pipe with baffles and no packing so you never have this issue if you want a pipe for a atv that sounds better than stock and last. Been there done that a few times with race pipes on big singles. The quiet core is too restrictive, the packing burns up really fast from all the extra heat. I ended up either modding the quiet core so its not as restrictive or removing it to keep the pipe from blowing apart. My built race atv and 650 bikes would destroy a pipe with a quiet core in one long fast ride. Twins and smaller motors don't have the same issues with pipes blowing apart, its the shot gun blast of exhaust pressure coming from the 700 single that kills em. My latest one has a 90 degree 1 1/2 inch turn down in the end of it with no quiet core, this seams to be the best set up yet, the turn down makes the exhaust blast hit the ground which cuts the noise in half without adding too much heat.
