She have shown Blood on her wounds in MOM but that's probably just special effect to make it look cool.... while it shouldn't be that way because Wanda project her shield to fully protect herself and doing so subconsciously and even when taken by surprise, it didn't do any damaged to her. However... she have shown some wounds in MCU from time to time... She was shown to be hurt by Glass, when the alien blast her through the window while stabbing Vision, a visibly scar on her forehead. And after fallen through the roof with Vision, she shown to have even more scars on her face. During Infinity ending, she was knock out while being save by Black Widows, that time she was also shown some scratch on her forehead too. But in MOM, she shown to instantly heal from any wounds.
