Hi Cassie. I have my flare pretty much in the same place (the worst) as you. I clean houses for a living and started wearing cotton gloves fisrt, with vinyl big gloves over top. It sure helps!! I buy my cottin gloves at Walmart. Stopped grains again for now, as well as mustard, peppers, tomatoes, black pepper. I also noticed if i ate too much salt, by morning my hands are swollen with fluid and itch so bad, i scratch and rub, locking my fingers together, until the itch stops but then my skin oozes, so i cut WAY back on salt. It's helped. I follow Susan Valkai and Ullenka on KZbin. Wonderful ladies! Hugggggggggs to you! No dairy or gluten for me. Still doing the process of elimination. Also checking into amylase to help break down carbs...

I know that you don't want to take any medications but you might consider phototeraphy UVB 311. I think it's something worth a try
