Damn, this is amazing. I visited your channel expecting like 50 videos and was bummed! You have a natural knack for it. You'd crush the vid game. Take care, impressive achievement (obv).

haha guy at the summit "Jake" was my NOLS instructor, funny guy even at altitude 😅. Collin would love to team up for some mountain shitnanigans in the PNW sometime...I'm in Squamish :)

Well done, superb to solo the ridge let alone make it in such a fast time. Fast and light alpine, nothing better. Great vid and free of shite music thankfully.

Great video! Question, are those blue gloves we see for a moment at 7:48 the main ones you used on the route? What kind are they?
@marcusp8633 жыл бұрын
They look like the Showa fishing gloves or something similar.

Indeed, book me for that, rather the last time. Amazing time spent on that mountain in last May but well, nozehairfreezing cold and that's not a target for each year. Also given the likelyhood to reach the summit.

So I understand why you wold need to make this video, sponsorship et al. WE CLIMBED IN 1976 the cassin with 5 days acclimatization at the base of the route without gortex bottom to top no info or topo, and it was not that hard. Climbed harder in Chamonix. People are different at altitude. So you need water every day. Food every day. no sleep. cold feet, freezing fingers, phone connections. I AM SORRY BUT THIS WAS NOT WHO I CLIMBED WITH.
