Cast Aluminum Wall Safe

I cast this safe a long time ago and thought I would share it with you ! I made a pattern for the frame and box and shelf...and another pattern for the door.

Haven't seen a new casting video from you in a while, good stuff even if it's an older project! You ever coming back to alloyavenue? Lost of people are still using your kwicky burners there & I learned a lot from your old posts and videos when I was just getting started melting and casting. Thanks.

WHoops.. Wrong David. Father of the Kwicky burner david... I run a kwicky with Jet-A and used motor oil. Works a treat. Yeah WHERE YOU BEEN MAN? You still melting metal? Stop in and say Hi to the gang. The photobucket goat rope really screwed us over good, but thats about it.

I have been there a few times in the last year! I have been busy trying to make a living!! I am planning to do a series where I start off with, 'I have to cast some metal today's and progress to making a furnace and doing detailed castings...with a safety video to start it off. I have also been extremely sick for the last year...i made it through with prednisone and Percocet...lots of Drs and finally went to a integrative health practice and they found a bacteria in me that I got from a tick, flea, cat scratch, or some other way...so I'm on a 4 month treatment program to try to get rid of it...i am functioning now but I have bad fatigue. Thanks for the kind words !!
