I made a grate for my 16” Dutch oven. I cut it round to fit down inside of the oven. It sits about a inch off of the bottom. By doing this it keeps the chicken out of its own grease. The chicken skin gets crispy just like you fried it. The grate it just some light sheet metal full of 1/8” holes. Best darn way to ditch oven chicken, IMHO.

hahaha its just a dang good place. So Daniel actually worked there when he was 17 and he says thats one of the cleanest most well taken care of places period. he says all the food has a time limit if its not sold its trashed so you are always get fresh food. I do love me some whataburger though man I miss that place.
