That looks fantastic!! I made my first ever green bean casserole yesterday and am kicking myself for not trying it years ago! That stuffing looks great, too! I add sausage to mine but Spam works and its cheaper! Try adding a little cranberry or apple next time too. So good!

I actually had cranberries there, just forgot to add them. I do love my green bean casserole. It is also good with some hamburger in it.

I like the idea of adding the Spam to the Stuffing. I need to use my PFM40 for something other than boiling water.

Putting SPAM in the stuffing is just me being lazy and trying to keep the number of pots I need to clean down to a minimum. The PFM40 is pretty nice for one person cooking.

Otis and I just enjoyed some plain 'ol hamburgers for Thanksgiving this year. Will need to get out the casserole dish and give something similar a go! Great stuff!! Bruce and Otis
