I have never seen it in a store. Had to order it from Amazon. If you have grits and cheese you are good to go. Or pancakes!

I know! Chris told me about it too last month or so, So I rushed to amazon to buy some. Have a couple ideas on the slate for this month using Maple too 😁😁. Nice looking breakfast! Funny thing. I didn't even know it was Spamtember, but this morning I had fried Spam, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 discs of Polenta, and fried Tomato on a cast iron griddle. Washed down with a pint of black Kona coffee.

I was shocked that it tasted good. I was prepared for a full gross out. Took forever to catch that osprey in a dive. It seemed to wait for me to turn my back before going in for the kill.
