Why don't you use a dryer before your tank? To try and separate the water before it enters the tank, cools, and always keeping moisture in your lines.

idk if you are still working on this but bro you HAVE to use hot blast. with hot blast oxygen you can melt Steel. also preheating fuel???

What amazes me is the effort exerted to get diesel to melt iron/steel. Yet we are to believe that on 9/11/2001, simply crashing the diesel/kerosene into the building and letting it smolder for an hour was somehow enough input to cause 110 stories of structural steel, encased inside concrete, to completely surrender. Such that both towers went from full height to the ground in less than ten seconds, with very few fragments on the ground larger than 40' long. Apparently, NOBOX7 is doing something wrong. Right? I'm just asking.

I would say more burned, once the fuel was airated enough it probably managed to cause some of the steel to burn which may have released heat, allowing the steel to melt. Just my thoughts in it though

@@NOBOX7 what if you use liquid propane ? like pump it to 200 psi and then use it as if it were oil ofc you would have to modify the nozzle but liquid propane should be hotter than diesel right ?

are there any upgrades you'd make to the air dryer? i'd imagine a straight line is ideal to maintain airflow velocity? maybe a change in geometry can reduce temperature and reduce moisture. im trying to design a dust collector/wetscrubber for my garage and ive been researching simple solutions to air drying and water separation. it seems a rule of thumb in air-duct design is to limit bends in the line as much as possible... the more elbows in the line significantly reduces air flow, but restriction can be mitigated by replacing 90 degree bends with two 45 degree bends. so it would be interesting to see how your dryer would perform if you'd add 2 slumps or dips to the geometry to help catch moisture?. >-------\____/----->----\____/-------> possibly desiccant beads in the straight-angle portions of pipe and stainless steel wool in the 45-degree-angle portions of pipe

Hay why don't you inject H H O in the flame with your h h o generator like when you added the extra oxygen and add two more lines on the opposite sides of the burner
