For the past few months, I have been using my 10 inch cast iron skillet from Lodge for cooking steaks. I do the three minutes on each side technique like this video does and I get that perfect sear/crust. Malcolm, been digging the videos for a while and have purchased the spices/rubs multiple times, keep up the great work! One thing I LOVE is the consistency in the format of the video, including the opening music, state what you are going to do, tabulate the ingredients needed, cook, editing is clean/shows good angles of what you are doing, recap what you did. You are a great educator, please keep it up and the format the same, good things don't need to change!
