WOW!, I just finished dinner serving this exact recipe. The taste was amazing, take the time and copy the exact marinade, I let mine set in the marinade all day, cooked these on a Pit Boss 1100PRO pellet grill using the competition blend pellets, opened the sear grate and blasted these with the flame. Out of the park delicious meal. This is a keeper in our house. Thank you for sharing this recipe. Again, awesome taco’s.

Currently trying your fake brisket burnt ends with some chopped up stew meat... After just shy of 2 hours smoking on my weber, they've got the most amazing flavor!
