Tom Smith was always our favorite in our house. Though he acted like an idiot for the show you knew is was just an act because his intelligence showed through the comedy. I wish him well and hope he gets another TV show.

At the time I thought the Misfit show was started because Gas Monkey was trying to move into more high end corporate/Celebrity builds and he/they still wanted a car show that delt with the, 'buy cheap, build up and sell' type of show. Gas Monkey was still doing the buy cheap deals but they were moving on to corporate/celebrity builds as well as major sponsorship deals. They are all friends, Tom Weeks, though Coffee Walk, has been doing car deals for 35+ years, started buying cars with Dennis Collins. A book of knowledge that dude. For me, Misfit was alright and I know it was the shows format but it looked too unprofessional, some nice builds but seriously I would have gone around the corner to Gas Monkey and Gas Monkey is way down the list of shops I would want to build me a car. But good on them, was entertainment at the time.

I thought Misfit was better than GMG, to GMG's credit. The underdog dynamic was so powerful. GMG set that up.

Tom's a great guy but I think he tends to flip people out with the way he is...The man's priceless while bein himself 97% of the time lol...I could handle his company as well as working with him cause he's very knowledgeable and probably a trip to be around quite a bit lol...I'm also wondering if him and Richard are friend. Is Richard friendly with Tom or do he avoid outings and whatnot with Tom and I's surprised that Tom didn't try to mess Richard's hair up at times cause I noticed that Tom liked pickn at Richard by hoisting him up and just the little things that Richard wasn't fond of especially when the deadline on projects was the next day with car parts and pieces scattered around the shop lol. Richard, is Tom on the top 7 of your gotta be around friends list and I'm speaking of the kind that fatn's the wallet a bit more as well, lol.

I've scene Tom Smith and especially Thomas weeks with Dennis Collins on his channel, I'm English and have had problems getting to see every season of Misfit garage but I think the Show was far better than Fast n loud, Since fast n loud whenever I see Richard he seams pissed up drunk and has a can of lager welded to his hand.
