I always turn to your channel when learning a new embroidery stitch! I have a problem with the cast on stitch turning when I pull it out . Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Wrap the thread loosely around the needle , so that it’s easy to pull the thread from the needle. Or use Milliners Needle , has same thickness throughout its length, thus makes it easy to pull the wound thread .
