Thanks for the video, Adam! 🤔 This plain vanilla plan is to ensure everyone is legally on board, or a signatory to whatever the judge decides. There had been many competing legal claims and arguments over who gets what money there is, especially considering the fleet sale. If there’s an exit, a plan of arrangement, or a stalking horse bid, a change of ownership will come as a surprise. That means the company doesn’t go ‘poof.’ Still not seeing any change to the listing.

The plan retires equity. The plan also explicitly prohibits further manufacturing of the Ocean vehicle. I’ll prove it in an upcoming video.

It’s the unsecured creditor voting. Equity shares don’t get a vote, as they are deemed to reject.

Fisker is liquidating. They have been since the very beginning of bankruptcy. It’s at the very top of the first document in the court docket. The reason Fisker is still in Chapter 11 is because of the Fleet sale. Once that is complete, it’s all over.
