Is that with negative gearing? My pb with that motor and mmx 8s and seven65 body is 139mph. Did a complete new build with xlx2 and 1717 1650 kv and jota body first test 126mph. I will have to get me a FC100 body I guess

@@MrGeert1972 Love the FC 100 ! The bitty seven 65 McLaren did do 158 but there are many variables that play into every setup. Every setup is different and finding gearing that works for you is half the fun! I put alot of runs and testing into this car and this motor and hard work to get here. I've learned alot from trial and error. You have to find what works for you. And have fun doing it!

I finally got me some great onyx batteries yesterday I got a new pb 159mph with that same combo and only pushing 380A and motor only 47 degrees Celsius 👌 so there is way more in it still fine tuning it. And no negative gearing yet 💪👍

👍👍Goal is until it either quits on me or I max it out and cant get any more and I've asked myself that question of weather I'd buy 2nd 1650 or change it up but to be honest this car I cant see putting anything else in it. But I have the silver bullet car with the 1721 and the basher car which I just put in the 1717-1260 kv which I purchased originally by accident to run the car with 8s but ya I'm gonna keep pushing them all and using all I've learned so far to help.But we will see things may change when the time comes, Thank you 👍👍

I don't know how you can see the car lol 😂 The longest run I've done I believe was ~2200-FT, & I had a hell of a time trying to see it! 😄 It's been beautiful weather here & I've been waiting for parts to come in so I can get the Typhon back on the road, I freaking blew the front bearings again! 🤦‍♂️ I have a titanium thicker front center dogbone coming in 2moro, new diff cup & ceramic bearings. Hopefully this will keep things balanced. Quick question, that's an RC6GS controller, right? What booster are you using, been looking for one for my controller. I'm also using the RC6GS controller. Yes rc6gs and the booster I use is from the link on innovation rc channel when he made the video about the signal booster or range booster it's been so long I cant remember exactly where or what it is but I'll get back to you on it, let me see what info I can find on it. But yes it's crazy how far it is! Thanks again buddy and keep pushin! And I hear ya on the pinion bearing I have to take the silver bullet apart and remove the aluminium diff housings cause 2 runs and they wiped out AGAIN not dealing with that crap any more putting stock back in!

I've had that same motor and Mamba Monster X8 new speed control in Box just sitting in my workshop for about close to 3 years now. Been Looking to getting a Mojave to put it in or something to just rip around the yard with. When i seen this video i said Shoot im definitely not even coming close to pushing the vehicle i get pass 60 mph. I just wanna do small just like 2 to 3 ft.
