I sometimes think of Kate Beckett as the Terminator of homicide detectives. She can't be bargained with. She can't be reasoned with. She doesn't feel pity or remorse towards murderers. And she absolutely will not stop, ever, until the murderer she's looking for is in prison.

I've always wondered what would it be like if Beckett, Castle, Ryan and Esposito met up with the NCIS MCRT of Gibbs, Ziva, DiNozzo and McGee from Washington DC. Gibbs and Beckett would hit it off in terms of father and daughter, she'd find Ziva as a sister. Castle and DiNozzo would find each other entertaining, Ziva and Esposito would find common ground, and Ryan and McGee would also have some funny moments.
