As Castle does not actually advertise amp ratings with their products it is hard to officially say but I believe it is somewhere around 90 to a 100 amps for this particular ESC motor combo. Its intended use is for vehicles under 11 pounds 1/10 to 1/8 in scale.

It said that you need to make you own on off switch

+Shane Corrigan yeah it does not have a switch built in that being said it's always best anyways to unplug the batteries from the ESC when not in use. I actually prefer not having a built-in switch because it is one more place you could have a short crossword develop or the switch go bad and in fact I have removed them from some of my ESC.

1. Aspect ratio of the video is wrong. 2. Kv is not Kilo volt, its rpm pr volt. 3. How to you get 66k rpm? Its more like 55k. If you put that in your Stampede 4x4, you will destroy the axles.

Hi, do you know if this system is capable of powering a 8 th scale truggy like a mugen mbx6t? I have one that I'm converting to electric and I saw this system combo.

It is the same size motor as the Mamba, so yes we think it would be fine on that truck. It is designed for 1/8 scale trucks.
