I'll have to visit the mask shop for sure this year as well as the fae, haha! I remember when that building in the fae area was a crystal & rock shop you could actually go into. Things have definitely changed and keeps getting bigger!

We really have so much fun at Castle Muskogee. KCRF has a pretty good layout; they've had years to put their grounds to good use. Norman is one we'd still like to check out, especially to see how it grows. Hoping in a week or two from this post to get back to Muskogee!

Warning long comment: That Mc Donald's has silhouettes in the window so it looks like there's always someone eating there. Ren faire time!! The explanation of how the swords were made was really cool to hear Interesting facts about the Vikings and the driftwood totem. LEATHER DRAGONS!! The sword balancing dancers must be using real swords because there was some real concern on their faces when it looked like one might fall. Yo, that Hylian crest top hat is super tempting! What a beautiful spot for the fairy glen. Armor with nipples, Batman would be proud. So many types of armor to try on. I think the red mohawk helmet was my favorite though. Woah, Kal Drago's cousin got right up in my face. Thank you for sharing the faire with us!

It's hard to pass up showing off the over-the-road McD's! Badger Blades is a cool shop to visit--he often does demonstrations of his swords by beating on an aluminum baseball bat! It was great getting to talk to him and the vikings of Handcrafted by Heathens. The Leather dragons are great--just wait for the Pickup video for closer uppers! Sword balancing concern--and exactly why not to try at home--ha ha! I thought you'd like that Hylian Hat! And the fairy glen, oh man, I bet the girls would LOVE it!! Exactly what I was thinking with the nipple armor! HA! And dude--thanks so much for the music for the montage--I wanted to smooth it out better but if I worked on that bit any more I would've ended up scrapping it for overwork... We would've loved to have taken you guys to the Oklahoma faire--there's so much that's unique to it from the others we drug you along to. Thank YOU for watching!

ayy man try going to the mid evil fair it's a bit crowded but it's absolutely awesome it has a massive range of stuff every year but it can be extremely loud and their is of course as always I'm a large fair their is people who do vilont harm or Don't respect the authority aka the police and just fallow simpol guidelines unfortunately the most I ask or demand to see their badge and their badge number and their name bcz I don't trust cops but I do respect the real cops bcz they actually mean no harm it's the ones thst are fake that do bodly harm I'm actually going this April according to my family the beginning of april so I hope to buy alot of stuff including my family kilt that we haven't found in any other festival in Oklahoma I will keep a eye out for u too I might actually ask for a autograph of course idk If u guys are gonna be their in April if u are I will be sure to tell u hello and ask for a autograph bcz well u no u guys are kinda famous obviously in Oklahoma lol

That's one of the favorite bits of Lady Laci's as well--she always enjoys the music I put to these videos. LOL--Sadly, I don't think we can even blame JUST OK anymore--the trip we took to South Carolina showed all the states have it out for drivers. ha ha! Boy, not a whole lot to see on the OK roads. I'm so used to the Renaissance Festival in CO where it's all mountainous. So many slopes to climb! So, it's strange seeing a faire on flat land to me. And we have pine trees. Lot more foliage in OK. Other than that, it looks pretty similar. I'll be going again this year with my gf and her kids. They go all-out like you guys with the costumes and everything. Appreciate all of the editing that went into this.

Thank you Wes, that means a lot. These can be beasts to edit, but it's a labor of love to show how fun the faires are. Any chance we'll get to see what we're missing out on in CO from you? SO. TRUE! Let me tell you, the drive from us to OK is the same for us to Kansas City or St. Louis, but that flat drive feels like double the time... Once at the faire, I don't mind--I mean, I AM a fat guy, so me and hills aren't chummy. ha ha It would be neat to see a festival in a pine forest though. I imagine that feeling of "this is familiar...but strange too."
