Cold as shit, being used as human experimentation, being pushed around instead of building their own permeant residence that they don't need to pay land taxes for or rent and having their need for housing exploited to get them to take the human experimentation route. ...Fuck, it is just Yakuza up there in those places huh? Least new York sends them here to Hawaii and they go in the bushes. Fair enough they could still get stabbed but we got a lot of bushes and beaches and Habitat For Humanity works a lot here. It's also easy enough to get some building material. Food is plenty in the forest or ocean and your going to be able to get water by just walking a bit to the parts of the island currently raining if the cash you have ain't enough for bottles. Though they also have free water fill up places at parks and stores now with the hand washing places do to Corona now so that's a thing.
