Watching this made me realize how awful the arenas have been for Medusa. Portrait of Ruin actually has the best arena because it compliments the attacks extremely well compared to the others.

Lord's of Shadow 2's Medusa doesn't strike me as being very Medusa-like, but rather some kind of Cerberus and Kraken hybrid, looking more like a Bloodstained boss than a Castlevania one. Now, I loved Bloodstained but felt the boss designs and concepts left a lot to be desired and I expect more from Igarashi after some of the phenomenal boss designs in the Castlevanias made under his watch.
