never seen a man so in love with Jesus

Hi Joe, This man is so in love with Jesus, because he has decided to take His word seriously to deny himself daily. If we focus our eyes on Jesus and allow His Holy Spirit to lead us, we will see many more living like this. It doesn't come without determination and it will soon leave without determination as well. May all of us start to become determined to follow Jesus. To really take Him by his word. Not for our own sake, but for His sake and the people(s) He loves. We on our own cannot change the world, but He in us can. May God bless you and make you a blessing!

Finally someone who “experienced” what I went through. Over 20 years destruction, loss of almost everything doing front line here...persecution so great even loss of body health 75% almost...but stopped and heal bits by bits...bitter...not knowing the word....but joyful seeing someone who understands this truth. Yes, destruction to home, vehicle, body, everything....

Thank you brother for obeying your King. May He shield you from all temptations as you obviously are a peril to satans schemes and as such must probably endure more attacks than most. May He keep you and your family save, humble, eager to serve just the one in need (as much as the many) and make you more than victorious and filled with Himself and all of His joy and peace.

Great message. There is also a dire need for people sent to developed countries too. Europe is also in great need! They may be ok materially, but spiritually Europe is poor.

Hi Gilly, You wrote a comment on KZbin 4 years ago and I don't know if you are going to read this soon or at all. But I thank you for your love for Europe. God has sent me to Germany to start up a work for Him there. Would you pray for me, that I will live the life of love and surrender that He has planned for me? That I will be utterly effective in reaching the many lost here? We are looking for the 99 lost sheep... May God give we live in such a way, that He is able to find them, using our contact points (our bodies, which are His temples) on this earth. He is worthy of all praise! And all obedience!

Priscilla you better not listen to Paul Washer then. He is really emotional. These two gentlemen deliver the true message of Jesus, most of what we hear today is the watered down American version.

Jesus is both the means to the end and the end. He is the means to salvation and eternal life and abundant life. We are saved by faith, we are in the process of salvation.

Correct me...this opened up a can of worms for me. So, should we forget about pursuing a career and marriage, etc? ONLY pursue the kingdom of God and if He "gives" it to us then amen? What's our responsibility play by play? This is what confuses me and questions everything about my faith. Surrendering is not easy, but I pray for the strength to do that. What we do may look morally correct and legal in society but can be blatantly sinful in the eyes of God. Abraham for example, sacrificing Isaac is illegal and he would get arrested and that is bad parenting, but in the eyes of God it was to test his faithfulness. He surrendered to God. Its too much to post here and this can only be resolved with an actual conversation, but I hope ya'll know what im trying to ask here.

henry The kingdom of God is at hand and greater. For our thoughts are not his. A man plans his life but the Lord direct his steps. Seek and love God with all your mind, soul, and strength. Remember that his grace and kindness is meant to transform you. It’s be better to stay single since you’d have more time to dedicate for the Lord on the other hand when you’re married your time and devotion is divided. Our responsibility and soul purpose of Mankind is to give glory to him. He has given us a spirit to which we can cry ABBA Father. The new covenant wasn’t like the old. We don’t live by the Old Testament laws and ordinances but he has removed the way of life through the ordinances by bringing Jesus. Jesus himself said he did not come to abolish the law but to fulfill it. The new covenant is grace to which we live by the spirit and follow the way of Jesus. It’s something great when he gives us the choice of our actions. So definitely preservers in doing good knowing that in the proper time you will reap harvest

@artman772001 You haven't explained how he's incorrect. Buddha, a man, is absolutely not worthy of worship or glory, and Buddha himself would've told you the same. Christianity's not the only religion prone to corruption.

I'm sorry, but I think this man is overly dramatic. This unfortunately focuses the attention on himself, and not on Jesus Christ. I agree with every word Platt said. I just have difficulty accepting his method of delivery. I regret criticizing a brother. But how many people who do not follow Christ, who are not absolutely surrendered to Christ, skip over this message because of how it is delivered?

I love it and find it delivers the message effectively. Why would anyone want to listen to someone who doesn't seem excited and overtaken by what they believe? I have always found Mr. Platt to be very humble and I never find that he is drawing attention away from Christ. And this is coming from someone who is incredibly, easily distracted. ;)

i disagree. he speaks truth and that's what we all need. If it scares people off then they aren't called. We should not water it down to make people feel good

Wrong! Who cares how others respond, it's up to the Holy Spirit to draw people! We can't use worldly means to attract people, or else all we're going to get are goats.

Priscilla, Love is a true emotion. Much love might come across as somehow dramatic, but I have yet to see a bride disliking her bridegroom for it, or vice versa. Remember? We are to love God with everything we are and have? And love our neighbors as ourselves? It might be that when this is actually put into practice, all of a sudden a lot of people will start to understand the message we bring. I loved it when he said: we take India for 525 (thousand dollars). So if you regret criticizing a brother, why do it then anyway? I regret it, that you didn't regret it enough to stop you from writing your comment. People who are deeply committed to Christ recognize the love this brother has and enjoy it.

His passion, his love, his message is just what is needed. This is not for the faint of heart, this is for sold out abandonment. Glory Jesus!
