Girl I feel you! I went from a single mom working EMS for $11.25/hr to marrying my husband in prison to a severe car accident that left me permanently disabled to homeless with my babies in our car for 6 months to a 'faith' group home with 14 roommates to living with friends in 3 different places to buying a 30' travel trailer we've been in for over a year, to my husband coming home in July 23 to JUST closing on a home yesterday on 38.5 acres!!! I'm so freaking excited!!! I love watching your come up!!!

Congratulations girl! You probably won't see this comment but......... I am gonna post it anyway! You called me 5 years ago when my son was awaiting to be sentenced in prison at only 17 years old, he was given 7 years, he got out last year on January 31, 2023 after serving just over 4 years. They let him off paper last week, he was supposed to be on for a minimum of 3 years! He is doing awesome, working as an ironworker/welder bought his truck and has a lot going for him. Thank you for your advice babe, I am so happy for you. I watch but do not comment much, however I am so beyond happy for you and Jeremy, I pray y'all have everything in life that you desire. I didn’t have it quite as rough, but I grew up struggling with a single mom and married young and we were in school and working full time too. It’s been 18 years now and we’ve built a multi million dollar software company and have upgraded our home life over the years and last year bought land and building our forever home, too; one I use to think was just a fairytale, but we worked hard to make our fairytale come true too. I am so excited for you! I went from prison to Salvation Army, got pregnant, working for $7.25 an hour and then doing community service right after to working up to $14 in 7 years. Got married, bought our first house, got a divorce, sold the house, drank again. Fast forward, got clean and sober again, got saved, got back with my ex husband, got married again, bought another house. Girl! Thank you for sharing your story.

I've been clean for 17 yrs spent many years going full time at NA meetings and it took 7 Rehabs ( spent so much money on me to get clean and a ton more in addiction.) I just about lost my husband and my home. Getting clean was difficult for me but when I rededicated my life to Christ I was sowing the peace that passes all understanding to remain clean and sober. I am so incredibly, over the moon, up the mountains and back down, from Australia to Florida HAPPY for you! I am thrilled for you! This is what you have always wanted and your dreams did come true! And your family is joining soon and the kids can drive up to grandma and grandpa soon, like you’ve been talking about! You guys are making it happen and I seriously couldn’t be happier for you. Honest to god! You and Jeremy and the fam deserve this so much! That freedom must feel otherworldly! I am SO EXCITED to see what you guys have done with the decor and everything. I have been patiently waiting, but im exploding over here, girl! So get your booty on that for us! 😂 And how are Jeremy and the kids and the whole family doing? Did Jeremy get his tanks out to the new home? And the BBQ haha! But yeah, again. Im beyond happy and grateful for yall being able to make your dreams come true and build your forever home in that incredible place! And I just wanted to again say thank you. You know how much you mean to so many of us, and to me as well. You’ve truly inspired me with our chats to get back up and to find that fighting spirit again. Gave me a kind kick in the booty. And I found it alright haha. I am working towards my own dreams and I’m getting closer every day. @@Dawn-f7g thats so sweet! Thank you 🙏🏻 ❤️ Got some bad health issues that progressed and in 2016 they basically said I would be on disability forever. I worked as a paramedic back then and destroyed my body because of my disease (similar to MS). Well after some time of recovery and acceptance, talking with Christina, I said screw that! Put my own recovery plan together and worked my behind off to get well enough to get back to studying. Back on track to make dreams come true! 😄 truly, anything is possible! Thank you again ☺️

My 'first home' (that I owned) was about 1600 sq ft for me, ExHusb & 3 lil ones...and I loved that home! Hurricanes, living in a travel trailer in the front yard (with 4 in-laws, so I GET cramped). divorce and sale...So hard. Nothing at all like your first real home. Edit: to add, I should've waited to comment....I am with you on the land, for many reasons. If nothing else, things are wild...and land is such a blessing for who knows what, but NEVER a bad idea. The house is a bonus blessing! My sister and her in-laws and the whole family are on a huge property with their own homes...it's amazing. So happy for you all, you definitely beyond deserve it.
