Cat 390 F, building a parallel bench😋Several methods cleaning up+adjusting into👉parallel benches#3

The rock face is clean, now it’s time to load out the rest!😅
I always follow the rock face at first, this to know that the next blast has free space before I start on something new to do!😄
I have continuously contact with the blast crew, so that they can update me on their blasting schedule!
I hate the stress that may occur if I clean out the rock face in the last minutes before a blast!🤪😅
So the rock face in front of the new blast was cleared in the previous video! 🤩 I have now reached far into the pile, and are now experiencing a high wall of rock in the pile. If I would have continued alongside the rock face, risks of slides from the pile would have increased drastically as the pile were high! 🤭😄
This is how I remove risk, by widening out the cut with a parallel bench!😋
The parallel bench has to follow the first pilot bench, so no rock is left behind, creating risk of tire wear and puncture!
See how I move and adjust the pile, while working myself into what I couldn’t reach from the pilot pile!😄

Hey this one snuck up on me again 😀. Speeding up at times is okay but nothing to me beats real time. Still awesome to view those trucks loaded and the granite rock hitting the trucks bed. Looks good my friend. I'm operating same Cat 390f series excavator, except I have 5 total Cat 775G haul trucks running under me also without a dozer. Keeping as much room for the trucks as possible at all times while maintaining/building a good bench takes time and skills. It is critical to keep the floor on grade, as close to it as possible in some cases.. them damn blasters😅, and clean for all the trucks. Staying patience is key while also staying productive. Keep loading to the gills my friend and stay safe out there. Coming in from from AL, USA🤙

Hi!🙋‍♂️ Thank you for your request!🙏 Well, I have thought about it several times, I just haven’t had the time to go out and mount it!😅 And then there’s the dust issue, combined with the risk of rocks splintering and crushing the camera..😄 Had the camera on the opposite side of the machine a couple of videos ago, I had to wipe the lens 3 times in a short time to make it possible to see anything due to dust that clouded the lens..😝😅 I will see what I can do in the future, but I seldom have time to go out of the seat..🤪 That’s why I have chosen this position, I can handle the camera from the seat when it’s mounted like this!😋😄

@@norwegianearthmovers jeg satt med 360, å lastet knuseverket på en 20 meter høy salve. Det var skummelt. Så jeg lagde meg en lang rømningsvei. Å tok ikke med meg knuseverket innover før de var kommet ned. Ble skjelven i begge knea når de kom🤪 gikk bra. Men er lurt å planlegge, å aller helst få pigget over toppen. Kjempefornøyd med at du viser så mye av denne salva, lange videoer er helt topp når det regner ute. Takk skal du ha🍻🍻

Hei!🙋‍♂️ Takk for at du så på videoen, og for at du delte tankene dine!🙏 Jeg laster i snitt 12000-15000 tonn om dagen i gode forhold!😋 Jeg hadde rekord på nesten 20000 tonn på en dag på et annet prosjekt, men der var det finere stein, som gjorde at jeg klarte å laste ruckene med 4 skuffer istedenfor med 5 som jeg må her..😄 Skuffen er dessverre ikke så stor som 8,5 kubikk, den er ikke større enn 6,5 kubikk meter.😅 Men den veier 8,5 tonn!🙂

Aha! I see! 😅 I will bring my head mount when I go to work again, I forgot it at home last shift..😄 Haven’t tried to make a POV video with my new camera, so it will be fun to see how the stabilization will work on my head..😂 Had a few feedbacks on my POV videos with the old hero 4 camera..🤪 The picture was just to shaky and stressful for several people to watch..🤭😄 Have you seen them btw?🙂

Hehe, de kjører når jeg tuter én gang også de, men da blir det mye tipping på feil sted..😅 Kjørte til to dosere her, en D6’er på topplag, og til D8’ern. 6’ern kunne bare ta helt fin stein, og resten gikk til 8’ern siden den hadde med seg pigg maskin óg at den gikk på et tykkere lag!😋 Hadde avtale med truckene, at ett tur var til 6’ern og to tut til 8’ern!😉 Jeg orker rett og slett bare ikke måtte si over radioen hvor 2-300 lass skal gå, så da må jeg ha et sånt signal system!😄
