Some of the best d5k footage on KZbin. Does good for a legal width dozer. A Lot of power and weight in a compact package!

Thanks James. Very overgrown but It cleared up nice. They can see where to put their building now. I bet you would agree that any day in a dozer is a good day. I heard you say you have been building ponds for 50 years. That is impressive....

Lee, I appreciate the feedback on the message. And glad you enjoyed it. And yes there is always 1 crazy 1. Even if you haul her off there will be one to take her place 🤪. This dozer is a champ, impresses me every time I climb in it. God Bless, Sam

Me too! That dozer is just an amazing piece of equipment. You can do fine grading or heavy pushing. It likes both.😁 Thanks...

Just discovered your channel and subscribed. Now that Bobby Keith is gone we have several new folks in the area that haul (Tri-Star Trucking). Bobby and his dad hauled lots of rock and lime to our farm on Springplace Road over years. Great video and message!
@tristardiggin2 жыл бұрын
Hey Mark, welcome to the channel. Thanks for subscribing and commenting. I'm not too far from Springplace road. I'm about halfway between Benton and Etowah just of 411. You will definitely recognize some of the areas in the videos. I've seen several of the Tristar trucks running around. Not sure where there place is at, very nice trucks though. Glad you enjoyed the message!!! God Bless, Sam

Hi Sam, in my younger years I spent a lot of time in those hills, and especially that river fly fishing. I still have some property in Coker Creek but don't get up there nearly as much as I would like. I watched your "How to bid excavation jobs" video and immediately recognized the majority of the time you were traveling west on Hwy 64. Tristar Trucking is located on Springplace Rd (south of Hughes Lake Rd turn off). We have a small cattle herd (19 mamas). We purchased a bull from Greg Judy in 2020 and the results have been outstanding. Looking forward to watching more videos on your channel! Thank you for taking time to make them. I know it is way more work than it appears.
@tristardiggin2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Mark I appreciate that. I figured you would recognize some of the scenery. Coker Creek is a great area a lot a beautiful places all around. I appreciate you recognizing the work it takes to make a video. I try hard to make them worth watching and coming back to watch more. It is my intent to provide clean entertainment (unlike so called real TV) and a message of hope from the Lord!!! Sam

Yes Sir, glad to hear the message was something that helped. I really like running the dozer no matter if it's clearing, building a road or hogging dirt. If I ever got in a D10 I would be ruined.

I ran a cat d6h track one time that was a strong dozer

Very powerfull little dozer, i wonder if it would be better to use some kind of forestry mulcher to do this job without leaving fallen trees
@tristardiggin2 жыл бұрын
Forestry mulchers do a great job of getting rid of the trees but it leaves the stumps. In an area where you plan to build and do grade work it is much hard to deal with the stumps unless you take them out along with the trees. But, you are right, if your just Cleaning up the property the mulcher would do a great job... Thanks for watching and commenting. Sam
@gouran212 жыл бұрын
@@tristardiggin I saw mulchers that works up to 30cm deep in ground so no stumps after all
