I have from a D4 to a D8. Running 320B excavator digging stumps to pushing scrapers with a D6LGP building man made ponds. It's fun but I prefer running an excavator.

An open cab is cool until you hit a hornets nest or yellow jacket nest. I promise you'll jump right off that dozer. It happened to me. So my boss finally bought a D6 LGP with a enclosed cab

Put that blade down, give it hell and push that weak little cedar along with the rest of them into a pile. Seems this operator is scared of the machine. For crying out loud you are pushing cedar which is one of the most shallow rooted trees there is with a D5. Let er rip!!
