Hi, I am a beginner, but I was able to follow your directions fairly well. However, your ears in the picture, which clearly look like cat ears and the directions did not achieve the same shape. What did I do wrong?

HI! My daughter and I are excited to make this hat! I have one question. You said to continue the same pattern in Rnds 6 - 10, increasing the number of sc sts in between the inc with each round. BUT, in Rnd 10 your instructions say to inc in the next st, sc in each of the next “2” sts instead of the next “8” sts. Is that correct?? Does my question make sense??

Oh shoot! I must have mis-spoke and didn't catch it. Yes in rnd 10 you would inc, then sc 8 around.
