Cute video. But an overweight cat isn't so cute. Overweight cats are more likely to develop arthritis. Cats, especially older cats, should be kept at a normal weight or even a little thin. Beef provides 100% of zinc, that helps prevent arthritis. Dry food does not provide cats with enough moisture to help prevent kidney problems and diabetes. Wet cat food has been found to cause remission in cats with diabetes almost immediately. The NIH did a study of 100 cat with kidney disease. They found that 90 of the cats also had clinical arthritis.
