The joke is about "rule the world" words, and what makes that even funnier is the fact that both songs used to rule the world, but went to the fallen kingdom.

when you play Minecraft, you build your own special place, a world turned its back on Mother Nature. of your own design, and of your own remorse. many have made fond memories of making that place- that sense of joy and freedom. and many have a desire to return. but of course there’s places that everyone misses. maybe less a place maybe in a video game, and more so a feeling than a place. unfortunately, nothing lasts forever, and some of those places or feelings might have gone and faded after a while. maybe it’s weird to compare playing Minecraft with anything in real life. but i think nostalgia, in a way, makes it so that _everybody wants to “rule the world”…_
