I can totally understand Mauri's love for cucumbers. One of my cats loves cucumbers and lettuce. Whenever I make myself a salad, I have to make her a little salad of her own. If I don't, she'll just dive into mine. 😸 If you can get your cats to eat veggies with a high water content, it's actually good for them because, generally, cats don't drink as much water as they should. Anyway you can get more moisture into their diet (veggies, fruit, wet food) is a good thing.

My friend's cat loves corn. Every time we had corn anywhere he'd come running and before eating corn he'd rub his face all over the kernels first. It's adorable. One of my cats had a similar reaction to olives (both cats were a menace to pizza days hehe) but I think his sense of smell decreased after he developed asthma at 15yo and he doesn't act like that anymore 🥺
