Cat's Nip (Hurdy Gurdy Tune)

Cat's Nip on Catnip. This is the first tune I wrote soon after I removed the Catnip B from Max's possession. It was basically a tune where I was like, hmmmm, what can I do with this instrument, and it didn't really inspire from anything except two things - the instrument's name itself, and that Matilda was running around like a spaz when I was playing it - so the tune is just aptly named after the instrument and the fact that my cat was whacked. The Catnip B from knysinstruments... meowy wowy.

Great tune! Is the hurdy gurdy really difficult to play? I've heard it is, but wonder what someone who actual plays it would say.

Thanks! I think all instruments are very similar in that it depends if you come from a music background or not. If you do, then it is easy to pick up the HG pretty quickly. If you do not come from a musical background then of course it will take much longer to learn. But whether or not you are a professional musician or have no background in music, like with everything in life, it will take a long time to master the instrument properly without practice and a teacher. Get a good instrument, a good teacher, and practice practice practice.
