The thing about the cat sword is, it needs ramp up time (about 10 sec or more) to gain all the benefit it offers. Fortunately, Camellya also has ramp up time in her rotation (when she is gaining the 10 stack) which is around let's say 7 sec. Then she enters the budding mode for the rest of her rotation. I believe it gives us enough time to get those juicy 12% CR and 40% atk it offers after we got to budding mode (at least close to it). So, Imo, I recommend using the ult after we got all the benefits (in the end of rotation before echo-cancel to shorekeeper). It still weaker than the 5 stars weapon oc. but it will at least give you more dmg and consistency with the crit.

Man.. this sword would've been great if only we can hit the target within 3 or 4 sec.. I tried soloing FoNR or any boss that has invincibility frames or flying with Danjin, its just feelsbadman.. Okay weapon, but meh passive because of restriction...

Hey, at least one can use the cat sword still and just try to min-max Camellya out until they get the Genesis (or better) :prayge:
