Yeah a few of those enclosures were not quite up to par but if none of them looked sick then they probably have bigger enclosures elsewhere?
@CatAleahАй бұрын
That’s what I was wondering! They might rotate them or something.

japanese pigeons are adorable. i personally felt that the aquarium part was more ....professional? looking. and the reptiles more like someone's personal colleciton in what i can only Hope are travel enclosures.

The bird you wanted to bring home is the same bird mike tyson loves ❤❤❤❤ do you know about the billionaire who's making a zoo taking care of pablo escobar hippos. Amazing

There's a mall in Minnesota that has a mini zoo as well. They have a farm somewhere else so they can rotate the animals so they're not always stuck in small enclosures. Although their enclosures have a lot of enrichment for the animals and aren't bare like some of these were

I strongly dislike how the animals at the mall zoo were housed. The otter enclosure was especially bothersome.
@CatAleahАй бұрын
It definitely was :( poor guy. Hopefully they move them into bigger spaces sometimes or rotate them!
@anthonys3869Ай бұрын
All looked so fun but seeing those sad enclosures and especially that poor otter in that small cage made me think about how much worse it can be for so many other animals, especially in the illegal trade.
@Les205Ай бұрын
The meerkats looked depressed also. 😢 shame on japan for all of those small enclosures that offer no enrichment.
@CatAleahАй бұрын
They were taking a snooze but I was wondering if they might rotate them or something to make up for the smaller enclosures. It would make sense but who knows! I’d definitely like to see that place upgrade most of those enclosures!

I'm looking forward to seeing more if your Japan adventure ! It was neet to see the mall aquarium. The Reptile enclosures seemed small and lacking in hides and enrichment. I think the facility couls do better, but I don't think it was all bad.

I don't think those were tree frogs. Those were Monkey frogs🐸 Also, I have to agree. The way they housed the animals in the mall zoo wasn't right. I think it would've been nice if the animal's enclosures were bigger and looked like their home. Love your videos and shorts btw.

I dont get how the green basilic dont have the same face as the water dragon (friction face). I meand it look clean lol more then most I saw in captivity. Enyway... I never understand why they dont chose smaller Species or bigger enclosure. Specialy for à zoo. Enyway. Look clean, wich is great and Seem like they were better with amphibiens then big reptiles lol wich is funny since here its quitte the opposite (canada) I dont see lots of small urodeles in good care (like with a cooling systeme enyway). Enyway.thx
@CatAleahАй бұрын
Their amphibian setups definitely seemed like the best in their zoo, I thought most of them were pretty nice looking! But I agree with you, smaller species or bigger enclosure lol!

IMO semi aquatic animals should be kept in semi aquatic enclosures, that’s Important for them to thrive I think, although that may just be my opinion.

I wouldn’t go that far, they were definitely taken care of, just some of the enclosures were definitely too small 🥲 but standards of care are also different in other countries too. Hopefully they’ll upgrade the animals in 2025!

HUGE animal lover(definitely think there’s a lot of room for improvement as far as the care of the animals in this vid) but not a big Pokémon fan. Don’t have anything against it and it certainly doesn’t bother me just kinda indifferent either way. Thoroughly enjoyed your adventures and as always look forward to more. Thanks girly!

I didnt like the enclousers of the animals in the videos. They dont deserve that space, they deserve a good space. Not one to make money only....they semed depressed to me
