I have a question, maybe you have some advice: I have some days on which I'm kind of sensible/scared of scary moves and am wondering: Should I rather allow myself then to do some other focus on training (strengh or first moves on new things, something like that) and safe the daring stuff for the "let's try everything" days or rather force myself through the fear?
