very helpful. I’m not the only one I bet he wishes you were include autoimmune conditions in your therapy videos. I am referring to those chronic illnesses which affect joints, muscles, tissue that may beBecome inflamed, and need heat or cold… Or not? Basically how to ward off macrophage / cytokine responses, while still getting the benefits of heat cold or infrared, for example therapy??
