13:10, you’re right about the comments being super critical. A few months ago I used to watch your videos and I had to unsubscribe because of how frustrated I’d get watching. Since then, you have significantly increased the production quality and branding on your videos AND you’ve also gotten a lot better at the game. I’ve left a few critical comments, but you’ve come a long way and I’m really proud of you. You do still make mistakes and unfortunately by putting yourself out there on the internet, you will get a lot of critical comments, but I wouldn’t necessarily say they’re haters. Of course, if people are going to leave feedback I hope they do it in a constructive way. Just to end this on a positive note, I also really appreciate how consistent you are with uploads.

About the slow pace issue you were talking about, it’s mainly just being slow at strange times. You make the most complicated decisions super quickly and without hesitation, but then you wait 3-7 seconds before rolling the dice (without having a knight) or hesitating on the most obvious plays.

Re: the negative comments. You are experiencing what it is like to have fans. Like with any sports team when you play great we feel like we win with you. We are on team Phantom. But when you lose or play poorly we experience the frustration with you. We feel like we are losing, and so we get critical. Fans do this because we are emotionally invested in the outcome. This is rough on you, but in a way it is a good problem to have. Go team Phantom (sell some shirts).

It's all love! Like other people have said, the negative comments are there because people are invested in you. They believe in you. Communities are about everyone getting better and that's what this is now. You're right that people (including myself) are being more critical but you've become a top-tier Catan KZbinr and people expect top-tier play from you. All in this together now big boi.

No hate, I just want to give some advice. You had a sheep port and an oppertunity to put 3 cities on the 3 and 6 sheep. This in turn would make your dev production incredibly high. but you keep buying early devs in the short term and it is hurting your longer term gameplay. Though I don’t agree with your decisions, I still appreciate the consistent uploads and your videos help me get through the day. Thank you.
