What is Catan (Universe)?
Catan, previously known as The Settlers of Catan or simply Settlers, is a multiplayer board game designed by Klaus Teuber. It was first published in 1995 in Germany by Franckh-Kosmos Verlag (Kosmos) as Die Siedler von Catan. Players take on the roles of settlers, each attempting to build and develop holdings while trading and acquiring resources. Players gain points as their settlements grow; the first to reach a set number of points, typically 10, wins. The game and its many expansions are also published by Catan Studio, Filosofia, GP, Inc., 999 Games, Κάισσα, and Devir.

I think this shows how strong OWS can be. Even with just 15 production green got very close to winning

On 7:37 you should take the 2 for 2. He will get it anyway and 2 wheat are so good for you. And now i see that you did it on your turn so never mind lol. On 17:30 idk man i like city on 3 6 11. Prepare you better for second city. Again you need more table talk. Use all green’s devs and plant ideas in blue and gray heads. You can’t write in chat “and probably 2 monos” a few moments after he used one. It makes you look like you’re writing from panic and bot from logical view. On 31:15, always flex with extra roads/devs before you win

Dont agree with your city choice. His game is "longest road" and "settlements", and so he does not need more than 1 or maybe 2 cities to win. And the 12 production is way better than the 9 production and it is probably blocked less often.

Can you tell me why you like Catan universe more than colonist? I get very annoyed with the layout of Catan universe. Colonist seems to be a lot smoother IMO.

Such a miss play by not settling on the 5-11. Blocking blue out of that spot. You need to play more aggressively. Really passive play is soo exploitable.
