You can see Dandy looking to another screen to his left and down when trading. I suspect less psychic powers, more likely using a card tracker.

I have my twitch chat on my iPad which is on the right side of my desk. I’ll take that comment as a compliment.

I usually have my phone at the left of my desk, which I check periodically during a 3-4 hour stream. I admire your determination.

That's not a denial - only you know what you are doing, for example, at time stamps of 6:38, 7:04 , 7:53, 8:38, 14:35, 15:58 - it looks weird though@@dandydrew

I love hearing at the end about choosing your seat number in a final table, and that you should have gone second rather than choosing first. Any old boards and anecdotes can serve as a retrospective? Random boards are fine but it's cool to see previous event boards and knowing you had a choice and that you learned something from the experience.

I think I've watched about 100 videos of yours, maybe more. I honestly think this was really one of the best I've seen you play - narrate. I think you were really in it, very sharp at all times and thanks to that I could understand some notions and ideas that had escaped me before. Thank you!

Drewwww. As a former critic, one who would always talk about your poor attitude in games, I am sorry for my silence! Since you took that break several months ago, I have been watching your videos daily. Your attitude and energy during these Catan games is great. Appreciate all the work you put into these videos and I am impressed with how much love and appreciation you have for this game and for us, your fans!

Thanks Alex. One thing posting content has taught me is that if you don’t enjoy the process and share with a sense of vulnerability, you will really struggle to do this sustainably. I appreciate you being open minded and willing to share that. I won’t be able to keep everyone happy during this journey but if I can get enough satisfaction and fulfillment out of this, I am sure that energy will spill over for the audience. Keep enjoying the content and see you around!

I think 4 resources success comes primarily from OWS hegemony. Typical OWS is 4 resources.

Ezpz, nice win drew! Interesting insight about only really needing 4 resources to get the best chance at winning a game

I’m surprised by how long it took for a 7 to get rolled in this game, that robber sat on the desert for what felt like an eternity
@Paraninja8 ай бұрын
I wouldn’t read too much into four resources being the most common pattern for winning. It is probably just the most common pattern overall and therefore bound to be most winning.

After watching this video I was playing a game where I was the road player at 8 VP's and the OWS player also had 8 VP's with 2 down devs. It was my turn and I rolled the cards that I could either port for a city and likely lose since the OWS player could easily city and likely had a VP or buy 2 devs. I had a gut feeling and bought 2 devs, both being VP's and winning the game.

Red mad such a blunder for not knowing his LR win condition and made his way to 4511 and not 26. Greed mindset to get the most attractive spot & thrill of plowing over reasonable sound planning.
