Hey! At 20:45, you had 5 points + 2 for the army + 1 victory point. You could have built 3 more roads by using development card and exchanging 2 wheats for brick, and taking longest road, win.

How do you calculate potential points based on the tile numbers?

Vinay Nagar In the physical board game, the chits/numbers tiles have dots/pips beneath them that represent the frequency that number will be rolled (e.g. 6 and 8 have 5 pips under each representing a 5/36th probability of rolling that number). I recommend memorizing these to quickly recognize the best producing spots on the board. Thanks for watching!
