When those Bubu's are cooked just right and are cold cold. They make a nice ingredient in a fritter. Lovely to see them in their environment too. Getting hard to find a good watercress patch these days look after that one! Kapai your vid Hori kapai.

Champion Hori ,it's arrr pouring up the coast today all day. Good day for a boil up. this rains going to cause flooding in the streams . Sometimes the watercress takes ages to recover and sometimes gets washed down stream to the sea.
