its called "egging 餌木" fishing for squid. its a Japanese technique. the special lure is called a "Egi 餌木"

Those four creatures are not from round here. They have been here far longer ... I have watched octopus for a long time and they are clever than us... plus that quill in a squid is really not of this world. There is a portal somewhere they came through. Looked delicious though... great vlog!
