Honestly, there is a difference in most bait shrimp vs. store bought; bait is organic and store bought is farm raised and has less flavor. Nice trip guys!

I've wanted to try panko maybe I will have to try now. As far as best tasting inshore fish, my top 3 are flounder, trout, redfish. I would include mangrove snapper but they technically aren't considered a inshore species.

its pretty small i think about 4 to 4 1/2 foot with a 10 hp honda... riding solo i think i can get to about 18-19 hp depending on wind
